  • Oversee creative quality: Conduct regular design reviews, provide clear and constructive feedback, and ensure all visual deliverables meet established quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and mentor designers: Hold regular one-to-one meetings, support individual growth, delegate responsibilities, and create opportunities for team members to develop their skills and take on new challenges.
  • Drive creative excellence: Guide conceptual thinking and the development of creative solutions that align with brand positioning, audience needs, and business objectives.
  • Monitor project performance: Track deadlines, identify operational risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues when additional support or decisions are required.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and partner teams regarding project progress, priorities, expectations, and deadlines.
  • Improve design processes: Establish and refine workflows, standards, and best practices to increase productivity, consistency, and the overall effectiveness of the design function.
  • Apply data-driven design principles: Use analytics, design hypotheses, and product KPIs to inform creative decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage AI and automation: Introduce AI-powered tools and automation where appropriate to streamline repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and free up time for higher-value creative work.
  • Contribute to hands-on design work: Take an active role in executing design tasks when necessary while maintaining a strong focus on team leadership and operational management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
