Creative Designer - Packaging focus
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in the office)
Salary: up to £38k + benefits
We're partnering with a fast-growing heritage consumer brand that's investing heavily in its products, people, and digital capabilities. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Creative Designer to help shape the brand across packaging, print, and digital.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys variety and wants to see their work make a real commercial impact. You'll play a key role in bringing new product launches and marketing campaigns to life, creating engaging creative across multiple channels while working closely with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering creative that not only looks great but supports the wider commercial goals of the business.
Day to day you'll be:
- Designing packaging artwork from concept through to final production.
- Designing brochures, POS, exhibition materials, and other printed collateral.
- Creating digital assets for websites, email campaigns, paid social, and ecommerce.
- Producing Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store creative.
- Supporting product launches with engaging campaign creative.
- Maintaining and evolving the brand across every customer touchpoint.
- Working collaboratively with digital, ecommerce, content, and product teams.
- Managing multiple creative projects and delivering to deadlines.
- Bringing fresh ideas and keeping up to date with the latest design trends.

About You
You'll be an experienced Creative Designer with a strong portfolio across both print and digital, ideally within a consumer goods or retail environment.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years' experience in a creative design role.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing packaging artwork and print collateral.
- A portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, digital, and ecommerce creative.
- Experience creating assets for ecommerce platforms and Amazon is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and a commercial mindset.
