We're hiring for one of our partners.
The company is a B2C app that helps people manage their health every single day. They are an early-stage team with real momentum, and they need design that cuts through the noise - health is a crowded, noisy space, and their whole edge is being the one that feels clear, calm and human. The product is still taking shape, so you won't inherit a rigid system. You'll help define how the brand looks and feels from the ground up.

The role
- Own the brand and visual identity across marketing, social, web and campaigns
- Make health feel clear and human - cut through a noisy market with design that stands out
- Bring the brand to life with motion where it counts (some animation is a big plus)
- Move fast on assets for launch and growth
- Shape the design language of a product that's just getting started
- This is a brand-led design role - more brand and marketing design than product UI.

- Strong brand and visual design instincts - you make things people stop and look at
- Some motion/animation ability is a real bonus
- Comfortable moving fast and taking ownership in a small team
- Fluent in Figma, Adobe and/or Canva
- Able to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

- Full-time, hybrid in London
