Warner Hotels - Creative Designer Opportunity
Warner Hotels is seeking a Creative Designer to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave starting in October 2026. Based three days a week from our Hemel Hempstead Hub, the Creative Designer will support the delivery of brand-led creative across Warner Hotels, working on both campaign conception and day-to-day design requirements. This role will help bring campaigns, propositions, and guest-facing communications to life across print and digital channels, ensuring all work is visually engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Role Overview
The Creative Designer will need to quickly understand and apply new brand identities, tone of voice, and visual systems, confidently adapting creative across multiple formats and audiences. Responsibilities include working on a wide range of assets such as campaign concepts, paid social statics, email assets, display banners, web assets, brochures, flyers, posters, and in-hotel collateral.
This is a hands-on creative role, suited to someone who can balance fresh ideas with strong artwork craft, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver at pace. Significant hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is required.

- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, brand moments, propositions, and seasonal activity.
- Interpret briefs and bring them to life in a way that feels distinctive, guest-focused, and on brand.
- Use photography, illustration, typography, color, and layout to create engaging creative that supports campaign objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
