Role: Freelance Senior Creative / Designer (RFP support)
Rate: £250 - £300 per day, outside IR35
Location: Remote, with ability to collaborate closely during the pitch window
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the creative response on a global medical aesthetics RFP
- Develop one or two distinct creative platform routes grounded in strong conceptual thinking
- Define hero visual direction and show how it rolls out across multiple channels including video, social, digital media and DOOH
- Art direct and storyboard video content for the pitch, without needing to produce it
- Partner closely with the internal creative and strategy teams to pressure-test routes and sharpen the final response
- Craft visually polished deck pages that bring the thinking to life for the client

What you’ll need:
- Senior Creative / Designer background with strong conceptual thinking and a sharp visual eye
- Direct experience within medical aesthetics, science-led beauty or adjacent clinical/cosmetic categories
- Proven integrated campaign experience across video, social, digital and OOH
- Confident leading creative routes end to end, from idea through to pitch-ready visual direction
- Comfortable storyboarding and art directing video without owning production
- Available to start within the next 2 weeks and commit to a focused 1 to 2 week window
- Outside IR35 setup

Nice to have:
- Prior RFP or pitch experience inside an agency environment
- Exposure to global or multi-market campaigns
- Background in wider beauty, wellness or lifestyle categories as supporting experience
This role would suit a freelance Senior Creative who can land fast, lead the creative response on a medical aesthetics pitch and deliver two credible routes within a tight window.
