Creative Designer

As our Creative Designer, you'll own the visual output of a rapidly growing SaaS business - from bold, high-impact event builds and exhibition stands, to social media graphics, customer case studies, and the design needs of our website. B2B SaaS marketing is all about making complex software feel credible and trustworthy to the utilities we work with, and you'll be central to that.

We'd love someone who's an expert using InDesign and Illustrator as well as highly proficient with our website - someone with digital design experience who understands how design supports a growing technology company, from top-of-funnel social content to bottom-of-funnel case studies and sales collateral. You'll be one of four people on our marketing team, a small but busy team with global responsibility for the entire StormHarvester brand. The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with the speed and flexibility needed to support a fast-moving technology business.

You'll join a fast-growing, award-winning SaaS business at a genuinely exciting stage of its growth, with the chance to shape how we present ourselves as we scale and expand into new international markets. As the design lead within a small, four-person marketing team, you'll have real ownership over the visual identity of the business - not just executing a brief, but helping define how a technical, B2B product gets seen and understood.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
