About the Role
At wearemighty, we’re building at the intersection of AI, product, and real-world utility.
Our core product, trysecretsauce.ai, is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses generate high-quality marketing content while staying fully aligned with their brand identity.
We’re hiring a Creative Designer (Forward Deployed Creative) to join our small, client-facing creative team.
This is not a narrowly focused design role. You will work across static and video performance ads, social assets, display creative. Your craft will be turning commercial briefs and brand guidelines into creative that performs, then using generative AI to scale that work from individual requests to hundreds of high-quality assets each month.
You will own creative production for enterprise clients across Facebook, Instagram, display, and other social channels. You will work directly with clients through onboarding and ongoing delivery, while partnering closely with internal teams to maintain quality, consistency, and commercial impact.
The role is fully remote across APAC and Europe, with a high level of ownership in a small, AI-native team.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
