We are working exclusively with a global SME engineering business as they look to recruit a motivated and ambitious Marketing & Content Executive with strong design and creative skills.
This is a hands-on B2B marketing role. You’ll work closely with engineers, sales teams and senior management, getting close to the projects and technical work the business delivers and turning that into engaging content for customers across international markets.
It’s a newly created position with plenty of scope to make your mark, whether that’s creating graphics, capturing photography and video, developing social content or supporting wider marketing campaigns.
There is also genuine career progression. The business wants someone who can grow with the position, take on increasing responsibility and ultimately shape the role into a Marketing Manager position.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
