JOB PURPOSE

A key role within the Visual Merchandising team will require a candidate with high creative skills and high proficiency of 3D and video editing software. Must be inquisitive and able to work collaboratively across multiple projects simultaneously. Must have exceptional communication and coordination skills and contribute in streamlining workflow within different teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Windows and Pop ins team in the development of brand windows and in store VM elements.
  • Contribute in the formation of a 360 creative strategy encompassing multiple global activations.
  • Develop high standard, innovative design visuals for seasonal and one-off window schemes.
  • Proactively seek ideas and concepts that evolve the brand’s identity.
  • Create designs for complex projects using 3D software such as Rhino, C4D and 3Ds Max.
  • Create storyboards for video content and produce mock edits in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Understand and manage the different content specification requirements per store and create edits to support accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Creative Media and Digital teams and understand the unique processes of each to streamline workflow.
  • Work closely with the VM team on elevating the product displayed accordingly to brand directions.
  • Critically review 3D designs and video content, providing timely feedback to different teams or external partners.
  • Work independently while showing understanding of full strategic vision - must demonstrate agility and flexibility to achieve required solutions, ability to think creatively and innovatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to critically manage time and responsibilities in equal parts while frequently reviewing performance and progress over objectives.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience of working in fashion, architecture or video environments
  • C4D, Rhino, Adobe CS proficiency (including AE and Premiere Pro)
  • Experience in production
  • Proven knowledge in materials and sustainable processes
  • Preference for high technical skills
