🎨 Creative Director – Brazilian Market

💷 £58 per hour PAYE + holiday pay | 📍 London Hybrid | Contract 🗣 Languages: Fluent Portuguese & English

Career Moves Group is working with a leading global technology business looking for an experienced Creative Director to join its international marketing team, with a specific focus on the Brazilian market.

This is a senior but genuinely hands-on creative role. You’ll combine concept development and art direction with agency partnership, creative reviews and stakeholder management – helping create culturally relevant, high-quality work for Brazilian audiences.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and refining concept-led campaigns from initial idea through to execution
  • Bringing strong art direction, design craft and visual storytelling to the work
  • Creating socially native creative alongside broader digital, website, activation and integrated executions
  • Working closely with external creative agencies – briefing, reviewing and guiding their output
  • Presenting and confidently defending creative thinking to multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Reviewing deliverables to ensure a consistently high creative standard and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Managing new and existing briefs while proactively identifying creative gaps and opportunities
  • Using AI and GenAI to improve creative ideation, production, workflows and output
  • Partnering closely with local teams to ensure work feels genuinely authentic and relevant to Brazilian audiences

🎯 What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years’ experience across Creative Direction, Art Direction or senior creative/design roles
  • Strong art direction foundations and an excellent portfolio of concept-driven work
  • Fluent Portuguese and English
  • Direct professional experience creating work for the Brazilian market, with a strong understanding of local culture and creative nuances
  • Experience working with large, complex and/or global brands
  • Strong social and digital experience alongside integrated creative work beyond traditional film
  • A genuinely hands-on and collaborative approach, regardless of seniority
  • Practical experience using AI/GenAI within the creative process – ideally with examples showing tangible improvements to workflow or creative output
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams
