Job Description
As Fanvue.com's first Creative Director, you will shape a generational brand from the ground up. Reporting directly to the founders, you'll own the visual identity, narrative, and multi-channel campaigns. You'll lead an AI-native creative function, building a multidisciplinary team to define the look and feel of the creator economy.

What You Will Do
- Define Fanvue.com's brand identity, voice, and positioning from scratch to create a consistent, world-class global presence.
- Concept and art-direct multi-channel campaigns across social, video, and out-of-home that drive both brand awareness and performance.
- Hire and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary creative team while managing external agencies for specialized production needs.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience building a creative function from scratch within a high-growth environment, moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Deep fluency in design tools and a mastery of AI-accelerated workflows using Midjourney, Runway, and Claude.
- Strong background in the creator economy with the ability to make data-backed creative decisions that scale performance.
