About the Role
As a Creative Director at Taxi Studio, you’ll shape the creative ambition and cultural tone of the agency. You’ll elevate ideas, sharpen execution, and drive desire for Taxi Studio, inspiring our internal team, clients, and the industry. You’ll champion our global reputation, attract top talent, and push design boundaries — while always working in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
Visionary Thinker
- You are the guardian of our creative reputation.
- Ensure every project reflects outstanding thinking, underpinned by our design philosophy.
- Guide the Design Directors and the wider team to push ideas further and elevate execution.
- Spot defining moments where creativity can set us apart and help make the brave path feel obvious.
Benchmark Setter
- Lead the charge in shaping how we present, share, and celebrate our work internally and externally.
- From award submissions to case studies, pitches to thought leadership, you’ll tell the story behind the idea.
- Ensure our creative achievements aren’t just recognized but remembered.
- Ensure we are seen, talked about, and highly desired.
