Salary: A GBP 170,000 - GBP 220,000 plus bonus

HIGH-PROFILE LONDON OPENING Events, Marketing and Membership
We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Creative Director to lead the events, marketing and membership proposition for a five-star luxury hospitality and leisure business opening in London. This is a high-profile leadership role for someone who can bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo and create a truly exceptional experience for members and guests. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this person will shape the creative direction, events programme, partnerships and overall member experience.
The successful candidate will be a visible ambassador for the business, with the creativity, network and personality to bring people, brands and ideas into the club.
The Creative Director Role
- Lead the creative direction across events, marketing, partnerships and membership experience
- Develop an exciting and experiential events programme, including major events, club takeovers, nightlife and seasonal experiences
- Create and deliver standout events that build the profile of the business and drive engagement with members
- Develop strategic partnerships with luxury, lifestyle and cultural brands
- Bring new ideas, concepts and experiences to the business while challenging the status quo
- Build a strong network across hospitality, luxury, fashion, entertainment, media, culture and lifestyle
- Act as a key ambassador and face of the business, representing the brand at high-profile events and industry occasions
- Develop a calendar of major experiences, with an ambition to deliver at least two major club takeovers each year

The Ideal Candidate
- Creative Director, Head of Events, Events Director or senior creative/events leader
- Background in luxury hospitality, private members clubs, premium leisure or luxury brands
- Highly creative, polished and commercially aware, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking
- Strong understanding of events, PR, marketing, partnerships and membership
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-profile events and experiential campaigns
- A strong networker who can bring people, brands, talent and ideas into the business
- Excellent host and communicator who is comfortable being a visible representative of a luxury brand
- Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to connect creativity to membership engagement, brand growth and revenue
