What you’ll do:
- Lead concepts from brief through to delivery across digital, social, web and beyond
- Review and challenge agency work, ensuring outstanding craft and brand governance
- Manage incoming briefs and proactively spot gaps in the creative pipeline
- Partner with Brazil teams to make work genuinely hyperlocal
- Present and defend creative with senior, multi-stakeholder audiences
- Use AI/GenAI to accelerate ideation, production and creative workflows
- Shape creative testing and learn from campaign performance
What you’ll bring:

- 8+ years’ Creative Director/lead experience in advertising or marketing
- Brazilian nationality and fluent Portuguese + English — essential
- A portfolio showing outstanding art direction, social thinking and integrated campaigns
- Experience with large, complex brands and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite/Firefly, After Effects and GenAI
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach — seniority doesn’t mean stepping away from the work
- Awards are a bonus; exceptional craft is essential
