Due to business expansion we are looking for two Creative Directors
We are looking for two Creative Directors to create category-defining experiential work that people talk about, clients value, and the industry recognises. You will be working in two of our key growth areas - beauty and drinks.
You will own and shape the creative direction of N2O's beauty and drinks offering, setting the standard for ideas, craft, and thinking across experiential, retail, digital, and social.
Working in close partnership with the Executive Creative Director, Head of Creative, and our Strategist, you'll lead ideas from initial ideas to final execution, creating work that delivers measurable business impact.
You'll also be a leader of people and clients: inspiring and helping teams, challenging briefs, and building trusted relationships that unlock bolder, more ambitious creative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion insight-led creativity, working closely with strategy to turn cultural, consumer, and category insights into powerful ideas
- Review and elevate creative briefs, ensuring they are inspiring, focused, and strategically on point
- Lead the development of big ideas across experiential, digital, social, and retail environments
- Build compelling presentation narratives that bring ideas to life and excite clients using AI, visualising, and 3D to bring these to life in polished and impactful ways
- Confidently present bold, inspiring creative work to senior clients and in pitch environments
- Lead and inspire, mentor, and develop creative talent, particularly more junior team members
- Partner with the Executive Creative Director and Client Development teams to grow and strengthen client relationships
- Understand and manage creative budgets, time allocation, and resource planning

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
