Our Role
Clarity is the Global Growth Consultancy for B2B technology brands. As a senior-led consultancy, we align leadership, markets and execution to turn complex growth ambitions into commercial momentum.
Operating from hubs in London, New York, Amsterdam and Sydney, our 100+ global team helps leaders navigate high-stakes growth tensions across Enterprise Tech, FinTech, Cybersecurity and HealthTech.
Since 2006, we have delivered integrated campaigns across Communications, Marketing, Search and Creative to build lasting commercial advantage for the brands shaping tomorrow.
We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the strategy, creation and execution of content within The Creative Studio. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B technology clients, combining a strong creative eye with the strategic and commercial judgement to turn complex client challenges into content programmes that deliver against business objectives.
You'll lead a team of content managers and creators, set the quality bar for everything that leaves the studio, and act as the senior voice in the room with client leadership, building trusted relationships and spotting opportunities to grow the work.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the development of integrated content strategies that align with client business objectives, brand positioning and communications plans
- Translate complex client challenges into clear content roadmaps, covering channel mix, formats, messaging architecture and measurement frameworks
- Write sharp briefs for internal and freelance creatives, and guide the work from first idea to final delivery with specific, constructive feedback
- Act as the final quality check before anything reaches the client, with the confidence to push back on work that isn't good enough and to protect strong ideas
- Be the senior point of contact for key clients, leading strategic reviews, QBRs and roadmap sessions with client leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multi-market content programmes, accountable for timelines, budgets, quality and resourcing across your portfolio
- Line manage and mentor Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Executives, and work closely with PR, SEO, Strategy, DX, Paid Media and international teams
- Own the commercial performance of your portfolio, from scoping and pricing to forecasting, and partner with new business teams to pitch and grow accounts
- Define KPIs, oversee performance reporting and champion a test-and-learn approach across strategy, creative, formats and channel mix
- Bring new ideas, formats and technologies into client programmes, and contribute to Clarity's profile through speaking, authored content, case studies and award entries

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
