THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to lead the development and delivery of innovative experiential projects from initial brief through to live execution. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that combines creative thinking, strategic storytelling, pitch leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.
Working closely with clients, internal design teams and external creative partners, the Creative Producer will shape compelling concepts, lead the creative response to briefs, and oversee the successful delivery of award-worthy brand experiences and activations. The successful candidate will be a confident presenter, an exceptional communicator and a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining the highest creative standards throughout every stage of the creative process.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Lead the creative development of projects from initial client brief through to final delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and creative standards are met.
- Develop compelling and innovative creative concepts and experiential ideas that respond to client objectives, brand strategy and audience insights.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative teams, applying strategic thinking to develop innovative, commercially viable concepts and solutions.
- Lead the agency's response to RFPs, RFIs and new business opportunities, developing creative narratives, pitch content and presentations.
- Write engaging copy for proposals, presentations, concept documents and supporting client materials.
- Brief, direct and collaborate with internal designers and external creative agencies to develop high-quality creative assets and presentations.
- Source and commission imagery, visual references and inspiration to support concept development and communicate creative direction.
- Present creative concepts, pitch proposals and project updates confidently to clients, clearly articulating the strategic thinking behind each idea.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, responding to feedback and developing creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work closely with production teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure creative concepts are successfully realised through live events and brand experiences, maintaining creative integrity from concept to delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices, researching and presenting creative solutions to inform pitches and project development.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Strong creative vision with proven experience developing innovative concepts aligned to client objectives and commercial goals.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a Creative Producer, Senior Creative Producer, Creative Strategist or similar role within the experiential, events or live brand experience industry.
- Proven experience leading the creative development of pitches, proposals and client presentations from concept to delivery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals, presentations and creative narratives.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Asana, Lark and Canva.
- Strategic, collaborative and commercially minded, with strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation, experiential storytelling and emerging industry trends.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment, consistently delivering exceptional work to demanding deadlines.
- Embraces AI-powered creative tools, including image generation, to enhance ideation, concept development and presentation design while maintaining the highest creative standards.
- Desirable: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software and SketchUp/3D Modelling.
