We're looking for an experienced Creative Director to join this agency on a maternity cover contract, leading the creative vision behind impactful brand experiences, activations and events.
This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on creative leader who can turn ambitious briefs into standout ideas, guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure every experience delivers exceptional results. From pitch to execution, you'll champion creativity, inspire collaboration and help create work that audiences remember.

Skills & Experience Required
- Significant experience leading creative development within experiential, events, brand experience or agency environments
- Experience in or personal passion for the beauty category
- A strong track record of developing ideas that drive engagement and deliver results
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with creative excellence
- Experience leading and inspiring creative and production teams
- A deep understanding of culture, trends and emerging technologies
- Confidence presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and leadership skills
