Creative Director

€130,000–150,000 + bonus and benefits · Full time

Ref: SM-52651

We're looking for a Creative Director with a strong record in fashion art direction and creative leadership at global fashion, lifestyle or luxury brands. You'll pair a sharp conceptual eye with a love of building and developing teams, and you'll know how to keep a brand's DNA consistent across every campaign, shoot and screen.

Our client is an internationally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand with a big global presence and an ambitious growth agenda. Their in-house creative team shapes everything from seasonal campaigns, lookbooks and editorials to social and digital content. It works closely with Marketing, Commercial and Production.

This is a new role. The team is growing, and the Executive Creative Director wants a true partner: someone who complements their leadership, shares the load and helps build the right team structure as the function grows. They want someone who thinks social first, is curious about what AI can do for creative work, and presents confidently to senior leadership while staying humble in the room. You'll have a seat at the table from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
