Creative Director - Global B2B Travel
London | Hybrid
VMA Group & Jack Pascoe is partnering with a leading global organisation within the travel sector to appoint an exceptional Creative Director into its Global Marketing function. This is a significant creative leadership opportunity for someone who combines big-picture creative vision with outstanding visual craft, commercial thinking, and inspirational leadership.
Operating across two established international B2B brands, the Creative Director will set the creative direction and quality standard across global campaigns, brand storytelling, digital, social, video, web, events, and corporate communications.
This isn't a role for someone who simply manages creative output from a distance. We are looking for a creative leader with genuine ideas, presence, and conviction. Someone capable of setting the vision, challenging a brief, developing concepts, inspiring designers, and confidently presenting creative thinking to senior marketing stakeholders, a leader who does so from the front, is capable of being hands-on and strategic, motivates, and educates team members.
The Role
You will act as the senior creative voice across the organisation's global corporate marketing function, helping shape how its brands show up across markets, channels, and customer touchpoints. You will:
- Set and champion the creative vision and quality standards across two international B2B brands.
- Turn brand and marketing strategy into distinctive, compelling, and commercially effective creative ideas.
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns across brand, paid media, digital, social, video, web, events, and corporate communications.
- Shape and elevate creative briefs alongside senior brand and marketing leaders.
- Lead brand storytelling and develop creative ideas that build stronger emotional connections with business audiences.
- Ensure creative works across the entire B2B customer journey, from awareness and demand generation through to conversion and retention.
- Present creative concepts and strategic rationale confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Protect and evolve established brand identities while continually raising creative standards.
- Champion innovation across formats, platforms, and ways of working.
- Explore how AI and generative creative technologies can improve ideation, production, localisation, and creative efficiency.
- Remain close enough to the work to personally contribute to concepts, art direction, and creative thinking when required.
Leadership
A major part of this position is people leadership.
You will lead a globally distributed creative design team of nine, including two Design Managers, with team members operating across international markets. You will be responsible for creating a high-performance creative culture where talented people have the direction, environment, and support to produce their best work. That will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Commercial Creative Leadership
The organisation is looking for someone who understands that great creative isn't simply about producing beautiful work. You should understand how creative contributes to brand growth, demand generation, pipeline, conversion, and customer engagement. You will help establish meaningful measures of creative effectiveness and work with marketing and project management teams to demonstrate the commercial contribution of the creative function.
About You
