Job Description:
Bringing together our creative community and managing crucial relationships across the creative community at Omnicom Advertising, our creative excellence team brings the creative excellence community together, promoting collaboration to raise the bar on our creative product. The team ensures all creative excellence initiatives are running smoothly and efficiently and that the best work is developed and championed.
Responsibilities include being a key point of contact for our OA networks for award shows, feeding into award show strategy & relationships, tracking talent for jury nominations and mapping significant campaign launches.
Tracking of OA’s networks creative council processes. Reporting and tracking results along with supporting the running of internal training sessions.
Please note the successful candidate should be able to work from our London Office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities Include:
Awards, Submission and Support
- Be a key point of contact and centre of knowledge across OA for key award shows including: keeping up to date on changes and developments at key award shows and maintaining strong relationships with key awards shows & festivals.
- Have a thorough understanding of categories and knowledge of award-winning work.
- Providing submission support for our Networks, including tracking entries through the submission phases, fielding queries and maintaining awards database.
- Deliver network-wide awards training.

Jury
- Lead jury nominations at the OA level – including running briefings, team liaison & support during judging.
- Identify and suggest talent for juries.
Communication
- Keep track of key projects from across OA.
- Be the key liaison with the comms team.
- Communicate results from award shows.
- Maintain internal distribution lists.

Background
- 5+ year’s experience in creativity & project management
- 2+ year’s experience involving creative awards
- Ad hoc travel
- Fluent Portuguese and/or Spanish speaker is a bonus
- Good written & verbal English
- Strong excel, PowerPoint, keynote skills
