About the role
We are looking for our next superstar In-House Creative Artwork Executive VM to join our EU team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating print-ready artwork in collaboration with the VM team across Northern and Southern Europe, reporting to the Creative Artworker. You will support the Self Select and Department Store teams through the creation and adaptation of assets, including but not limited to plate translations, lightbox artwork, POS materials, and other retail collateral.
As our Creative Artwork Executive you will
- Understanding the brand identity & campaign assets.
- Ensure brand and campaign guidelines are adhered to in all executions & creations of artwork.
- Support the maintenance, organisation and ongoing accuracy of the master asset library.
- Support the development of creative, on-brand visual solutions in response to agreed commercial briefs.
- Produce and adapt assigned 2D creative assets accurately and in line with agreed briefs, templates and brand guidelines.
- Design and set up print-ready plate artwork to be used in all our stores and concessions within our regions.
- Clearly communicate artwork requirements and proposed solutions, with bespoke concepts reviewed by the Creative Artworker before Global submission.
- Liaise with the Global VM team, under the direction of the Creative Artworker, to support regional asset approvals.
- Function as an integral part of an agile VM team by supporting the production and delivery of assets across the EU VM team.
- Build effective working relationships with relevant internal teams.
- Check translated copy against approved translations and flag any discrepancies for review.
- Ensure all design requests are provided in a timely fashion.
- Manage assigned workload and timelines effectively, communicating risks and conflicting priorities to the Creative Artworker.
- Be positive, flexible and extremely well organized, have the skills and personality to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines. Must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.

Who you will work with
You will report directly into our Creative Artworker, EU.
You will work closely alongside the wider EU VM team, Store Design, Global, as well as cross functionally with the wider EU Function.
About you
- Proven experience as in-house designer or within a design agency; ideally with a luxury/beauty background.
- You have experience in art-working print ready files from small scale to large OOH.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency for Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator and Sketchup.
- You have an excellent eye for detail - proofreading all designs to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Broad knowledge of various printing processes & techniques and experience creating print-ready artwork; production knowledge on fabrication side is a bonus!
- You have strong communication skills in order to share design ideas and concepts to the Global VM team in a clear and concise manner
- You have an excellent understanding of layout and typography, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work closely within brand guidelines.
- A creative mind who can successfully interpret a commercial brief, with an interest in beauty/fashion.
- You are a strong collaborator and work well in a fast paced environment; you can pivot with ease, bringing a positive attitude!
- An excellent communicator, you can effectively articulate your point of view and know how to build strong cross functional relationships.
- You work well under pressure, you can ruthlessly prioritise and know how to influence up and work in an agile environment.
- Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge!
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills, with great attention to detail and is results-driven.
