We're looking for a Creative Executive to join our growing in-house creative team, supporting the delivery of high-quality design across our three retirement living brands. If you're creative, organised and passionate about great design, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Work from creative briefs provided by the Senior Creative Lead, delivering high-quality assets on time and to specification.
  • Maintain consistency across all three brands by following established brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Support the delivery of major marketing campaigns, village launches and events by producing engaging creative materials.
  • Manage and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring creative files are organised, up to date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with the briefing and management of print suppliers and production partners, ensuring excellent quality and accuracy.
  • Update and adapt existing creative assets in response to feedback from Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.
  • Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning sessions and team brainstorming meetings.
  • Support the development of brand templates, toolkits and design resources used across the business.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging creative tools and industry best practice to continually develop your skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
