Everyone's chasing AI hype. We're building with conviction instead.
We're an independent creative studio in London (N1), hybrid, 3 days/week in-studio - building brave, original brands for some of the world's most recognisable names in sport, entertainment and media.
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer (3-5 yrs) who's genuinely curious about AI and creative technology, and wants to build alongside designers and strategists - not downstream of them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.

Our stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript end-to-end, SCSS Modules, Convex/Supabase. Our creative-web layer runs on React Three Fiber, Three.js, GLSL shaders, Motion, and increasingly the Vercel AI SDK. You don't need all of it - but you need to go deep enough on one part to have real opinions.
You'll:
- Own code across the full stack, from ambitious front-end builds to solid back-end architecture
- Prototype fast, iterate faster, and know when to reach for AI tools vs. write it yourself
- Work closely with designers and strategists from day one, shaping ideas rather than just executing them
- Thrive in ambiguity and evolving briefs
