Blazon is a future-focused innovation agency helping ambitious brands build, launch, and grow standout products.
We work across consumer technology, physical products, emerging technologies, crowdfunding, brand, creative, advertising, digital and growth.
We are hiring a talented Creative Graphic Designer who combines excellent graphic design craft with strong creative thinking and modern AI-native production skills.
We are looking for someone who can take a product, brief or strategic direction and work through the full creative process: research, concept, art direction, graphic design and finished execution.
What you'll do
Creative concepts and advertising
You will help develop the creative ideas behind campaigns, then personally design the finished executions.
You will:

- Build reference boards and identify strong visual and advertising territories
- Develop multiple distinct creative concepts for campaigns
- Translate strategy and messaging into strong visual ideas
- Create campaign concepts that can work across paid social, landing pages and wider digital channels
- Design paid advertising for Meta and other digital platforms
- Develop product-led, lifestyle, feature-led, comparison, problem-solution and social-proof creative
- Create headlines, hooks and short-form advertising copy where needed
- Work with performance marketing insights to create new creative as campaigns evolve
- Explore new creative angles when existing advertising begins to fatigue
- Develop thoughtful variations of successful concepts
- Present creative thinking clearly and explain the rationale behind your work
We care about strong ideas, strong design and creative that has a clear purpose.

We are looking for someone with strong visual taste who can create work that feels contemporary, premium and commercially effective.

You should be comfortable:
- Developing visual territories
- Creating visual identities
- Working with typography, colour, imagery and graphic systems
- Creating logos and supporting brand assets where required
- Developing practical brand guidelines

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Landing pages and digital design
You will also create landing-page and campaign-page designs in Figma.
You should understand:
- Strong hero-section design
- Responsive layout
- Visual hierarchy
- Product storytelling
- Feature communication
- Conversion-focused design
- Social proof
- Calls to action
- Product benefits
- Comparison sections
- Figma components
- Reusable design systems
- Developer handoff
You do not need to be a developer, although an understanding of how digital designs are built is useful.
AI-native creative production
AI is becoming a core part of how Blazon develops and produces creative work.
We are looking for someone who actively uses AI within their design process and understands how to combine generative tools with strong traditional design craft.
You should be comfortable using Figma Weave or comparable AI creative tools for areas such as:
- AI image generation
- Product imagery
- Product photography
- Lifestyle imagery
- Image editing
- Retouching
- Inpainting
- Outpainting
- Compositing
- Relighting
- Background and environment generation
- Style development
- Image variations
- Storyboarding
- Image-to-video
- AI-assisted motion
- AI video generation
- Upscaling
- Image refinement
- Campaign concept exploration
We are particularly interested in designers who understand how to build repeatable AI workflows, rather than treating every generation as a separate experiment.
AI tools and platforms
Experience with some of the following is valuable:
- Figma Weave
- Figma
- Runway
- Kling
- Recraft
- Midjourney
- Other emerging image, video and creative AI platforms
You do not need to know every platform.
We are interested in the quality of your thinking, your creative judgement and what you can produce with the tools available.
Creative research
We expect creative work to begin with research.
You should be comfortable:
- Reviewing competitor campaigns
- Exploring Meta Ads Library
- Researching category leaders
- Finding strong references from adjacent industries
- Understanding current visual culture
- Identifying useful advertising formats
- Analysing how other brands communicate product benefits
- Turning research into original creative directions
You should be able to explain what you looked at, what you learned and how that informed your creative decisions.
Performance creative
You will work closely with Blazon's performance marketing team.
You should have an interest in understanding how creative performs once it goes live.
This could include:
- Learning which creative concepts are performing
- Understanding creative fatigue
- Developing new concepts based on performance data
- Exploring new visual angles
- Testing hooks and messaging
- Creating variations of winning concepts
- Understanding how paid-social creative differs from general brand content
Experience producing performance creative for Meta is highly valuable.
Copy and messaging
You do not need to be a specialist copywriter.
You should have good instincts for:
- Advertising headlines
- Hooks
- Calls to action
- Short-form ad copy
- Product messaging
- Feature communication
- Benefit-led copy
You should be able to combine words and visuals into a clear creative idea.
How we work
Blazon works across multiple fast-moving clients and product launches.
You may be developing advertising for one product, a landing page for another and a visual identity for a new client within the same week.
