Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our Colours Agency team, creating high-quality, branded and retailer-compliant artwork for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate, production-ready artwork to customer and retailer guidelines.
- Prepare and optimise artwork for digital print and press performance.
- Work with Production and Design teams to achieve high-quality results.
- Support structural CAD requirements and business projects.
- Develop knowledge of print, reprographics and digital press technology.
- Work collaboratively in line with our values of Authenticity, Integrity and Respect.

About You
- Experience in a similar graphic design or artwork role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and print.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Artios, digital presses or colour management is advantageous.
- Creative, collaborative and keen to learn.
