I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ideal person
We're looking for someone who is highly creative, hands-on and confident across both design and content creation.
You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to finished creative — whether that means designing a social media post, editing a video, creating a campaign visual, producing a carousel or developing a new content concept.
You should have a strong understanding of what works on social media and be able to balance creativity with the marketing objective behind every piece of content.
We're a small team, so you'll work closely with the people making decisions about the product, marketing and brand. Good ideas can move quickly from a conversation to something people actually see.
Show us your work
We're especially interested in seeing good creative work:
- Social media graphics
- Video edits

- Marketing campaigns
- Thumbnails and covers

- Any other creative work you're particularly proud of
