Overview

Creative Design – who are we?

We're a global, award-winning in-house creative and digital team of over 80 specialists across UX/UI, graphic design, animation, visualisation, motion, real-time development and web. We work collaboratively to deliver innovative, meaningful communications that help our clients engage, inspire and connect with their audiences.

Our work spans community engagement campaigns, immersive digital experiences, global internal communications, brand development and more. We value creativity, innovation, wellbeing, and flexible working, and we support each other to grow within a fast-paced but rewarding environment.

Our Growth Leads and Account Managers connect our services with both internal and external clients. They help our AtkinsRéalis teams and our clients make sense of complex ideas, transforming them into compelling stories and clear visuals that unlock new opportunities and drive growth.

As a Creative Growth Lead, you'll play an important supporting role within the Growth & Delivery teams. Working closely with the Global Growth Lead, you'll help open doors to new opportunities by demonstrating the value Creative Design brings to projects and challenges. You'll also collaborate with the delivery team to ensure new opportunities transition smoothly into production.

This role is all about understanding what makes our business distinctive and using those insights to spark interesting and engaging conversations, build relationships, and create space for sustainable growth. You will use your creative experience to guide the resourcing of project delivery teams, to align with the creative vision and client expectations.

You'll work with teams and clients across the organisation, keeping activities aligned with Creative Design's growth strategy while identifying new areas to expand. Success in the role requires clear and confident communication and the ability to connect ideas, workflows, and teams across global locations. You should feel comfortable leading discussions, presenting ideas, and inspiring others.

This role suits someone who thrives on connection - sparking conversations, expanding networks, and embracing frequent travel across the UK and internationally to unlock new opportunities.

Your role

  • Support the Global Growth Lead in opening new business opportunities
  • Thinking on your feet and working with the team to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories and visuals for clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate the value of Creative Design to clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a connector between Growth and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Understand and articulate what makes the business unique to spark new client conversations.
  • Identify and develop new areas for growth aligned with Creative Design's strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and internal teams.
  • Lead discussions and confidently present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Align growth activities with organisational goals and creative strategies.
  • Spot opportunities across workflows and global teams, linking insights to business development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
