About the Team
The Kitchen is Kraft Heinz’ In-House Culture First, Co-Creative agency. We use culture to connect our brands with consumers, fast.
What makes us different? The way we work. We are a team of creatives, strategists, and makers working alongside the Kraft Heinz marketing team to Co-Create break-through creative ideas, that solve business problems, at the speed of culture.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Growth Partner to help make creativity a competitive advantage for our Away From Home business across EPDM.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership without waiting to be asked, and sees creative opportunities where others see commercial challenges.
Working in close partnership with the Away From Home leadership team, you’ll identify where creativity can unlock disproportionate growth, bringing together the right people from across our freelancer network & The Kitchen to turn ambitious business goals into standout creative solutions.
Your mission is simple: use creativity to help grow the AFH business.
What you will do
- Help Win new business:
- Bring creativity into the heart of customer pitches, helping secure new accounts and unlock growth with existing customers through bold, differentiated thinking.
- Drive customer growth:
- Develop creative campaigns and commercial ideas that create value for both Kraft Heinz and our customers, building partnerships that deliver measurable business impact and industry-leading work.
- Connect business and creativity:
- Understand the commercial priorities of the Away From Home and use this as a guide to Translate consumer (brand/category) insights into growth ideas which can be executed in AFH channels or specific customers.
- Make things happen:
- Own opportunities from idea to execution. Build momentum, navigate ambiguity, remove barriers, and keep work moving with speed and purpose.

- You’ll likely come from a creative agency, brand, consultancy, or commercial marketing background, with experience turning business challenges into creative solutions.
