About Eira

Eira is an independent fine jewellery company founded in Copenhagen and registered in London.
We create individually considered fine jewellery with a strong focus on exceptional diamonds, craftsmanship and a highly personal client experience.

Our pieces are designed in Copenhagen and handmade in London.
Eira is currently at an early growth stage. The product, sourcing and production side of the business is established, but we are now looking for the right person to help build the visual, cultural and commercial world around the brand.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a London-based Creative & Growth Partner to help shape and grow Eira’s presence.
This is not a traditional social media manager role.
We are looking for someone who can combine strong visual taste with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.

You will take ownership of how Eira is presented, discovered and experienced digitally — while working closely with the founder, who will continue to focus on clients, design, sourcing and production.
You might come from photography, content creation, fashion, luxury, branding or digital marketing.
Your exact background matters less than your ability to create.

What You’ll Work On

You will help develop and execute Eira’s visual and growth strategy across areas including:

  • Creating photography and short-form video content in London
  • Developing a consistent and recognisable visual identity
  • Producing content around jewellery, diamonds, craftsmanship and the making process
  • Planning and publishing social media content
  • Developing creative concepts for campaigns and shoots
  • Identifying relevant creators, stylists, photographers and potential collaborators
  • Building relationships and partnerships that can introduce Eira to new audiences
  • Helping grow qualified enquiries, consultations and sales
  • Testing new ideas for reaching the right clients
  • Working closely with the founder on the overall direction of the brand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The goal is not simply to produce more content.
The goal is to build a world around Eira that reflects the quality of the jewellery — and ultimately creates demand.

Who We’re Looking For

You have:

  • Exceptional visual taste
  • A strong understanding of luxury, fashion, jewellery or adjacent industries
  • The ability to create strong photo and video content yourself
  • A natural understanding of Instagram and short-form content
  • Strong storytelling instincts
  • A commercial mindset and interest in how creative work translates into growth
  • The ability to work independently without constant direction
  • An entrepreneurial mentality
  • A willingness to experiment, learn and build something from an early stage

You do not need to have worked for a major luxury house.
In fact, this opportunity may be particularly suited to someone who currently works independently or freelance and wants to become more deeply involved in building a brand.

The Structure

This is an early-stage partnership opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position.
There is currently no fixed salary attached to the role.
The initial collaboration will be structured around performance and the value created through the partnership, with clearly agreed responsibilities and economics.
If the collaboration proves successful, there is the potential to develop the role into a long-term partnership with equity participation.

We want incentives to be aligned:

  • If Eira grows because of what we build together, you should participate in that growth.
  • At the same time, we believe equity should be earned through meaningful long-term contribution rather than simply granted at the beginning of a relationship.

The initial collaboration will therefore be used to establish whether there is a strong creative, commercial and personal fit.

Why Join Eira

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder and have substantial influence over the development of an emerging fine jewellery company.
You will not be joining a large marketing department or executing someone else’s established brand guidelines.
You will help create them.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to build a portfolio, network and potentially meaningful ownership position around a brand from an early stage.

Location

You should ideally be based in London and comfortable creating content around the city and working with Eira’s London-based production network.
The role is flexible and does not require traditional office hours.
What matters is output, initiative and consistency.

How to Apply

Please send:

  • A short introduction about yourself
  • Your Instagram, portfolio or examples of previous work
  • A few lines on why Eira interests you
  • Any relevant experience within luxury, fashion, jewellery, content or brand building

We are much more interested in your taste, ability and ambition than a traditional CV.
