Creative & Growth Partner, Fine Jewellery

The Opportunity
We are looking for a London-based Creative & Growth Partner to help build the next stage of Eira. This is not a traditional social media or marketing role. We are looking for someone who can combine exceptional visual taste with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
You will take ownership of how Eira is presented, discovered, and experienced, helping us build a distinctive visual universe while creating content and initiatives that generate awareness, enquiries, and clients. The role is flexible and initially performance-based rather than salaried. For the right person, there is potential to develop this into a long-term partnership with equity participation.
Who We’re Looking For
You might come from photography, content creation, fashion, luxury, branding, or digital marketing. Your exact background matters less than your taste, initiative, and ability to execute. You should have:

- Exceptional visual taste
- Experience or a strong understanding of luxury, fashion, or jewellery
- The ability to create high-quality photo and video content yourself
- A strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Commercial instincts and an understanding of how creative work can generate demand
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
- An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in building something from an early stage
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with the founder to:
- Create photography and short-form video content in London
- Develop Eira’s visual identity and storytelling
- Produce content around jewellery, diamonds, and craftsmanship
- Plan and manage social media content
- Develop concepts for shoots and campaigns
- Build relationships with relevant creators, stylists, and collaborators
- Explore partnerships and new ways of reaching potential clients
- Help turn attention into qualified enquiries, consultations, and sales

About Eira
Eira is an independent fine jewellery company founded in Copenhagen and registered in London. We create individually considered jewellery with a focus on exceptional diamonds, craftsmanship, and a highly personal client experience.
The founder currently leads sourcing, design, production, and client relationships. We are now looking for the right person to take ownership of the creative and growth side of the business. Our pieces are designed in Copenhagen and handmade in London.
