In this high-impact, employer-facing role, you will take ownership of a caseload of apprentices, guiding them from day one through to their End-Point Assessment (EPA). You’ll blend online delivery, workplace visits, and hands-on masterclasses to help apprentices develop real-world knowledge, skills, and behaviors that make a lasting impact in their workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Impact Coaching: Train and mentor apprentices primarily across our Creative, Cultural, and Events programmes, including:
    • Creative Industries Production Technician
    • Cultural Learning & Participation Officer
    • Event Assistant / Event Coordinator
  • Broaden Your Scope: Support apprenticeship coaching across our wider Business Services and Education provisions, collaborating with specialist colleagues.
  • Drive Learner Success: Manage apprentice progress, engagement, retention, and timely EPA achievement through tailored, individualised support.
  • Blended Delivery: Combine online learning with meaningful workplace visits, live observations, industry activities, and face-to-face workshops.
  • Build Employer Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with both learners and employers, ensuring training aligns directly with workplace needs and industry standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
