Everyman Cinemas Creative Intern
Everyman is a leading cinema and entertainment brand, redefining the premium theatrical experience. Operating 49 venues and 171 screens nationwide, we combine exceptional film programming with elevated hospitality to create memorable experiences for our guests.

In the Creative Intern role, you’ll support the creative team in developing creative and brand assets for national campaigns and local venue requirements. In addition, you’ll join the wider marketing team in helping drive innovation, brand frame and guest engagement across the business.
This is a one-year placement.
The Role
- Support the design team across print and digital projects.
- Create artwork for marketing campaigns, printed materials, social media, email and the websites.
- Develop creative concepts alongside the in-house creative team, as well as collaborate with freelance creatives to help bring ideas to life across a wide range of campaigns and projects.
- Prepare artwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring files are organised and production ready.
- Adapt and evolve creative across multiple formats, understanding how a design system can flex and respond across a campaign while maintaining a strong, consistent visual identity.
- Help maintain and evolve our visual identity across all channels.
- As needed, support on photoshoots, creative research and content production.
- Stay up to date with design, photography, film and wider visual culture.
- Proactively engage with the wider marketing team to develop innovative ideas, campaigns and executions.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly creative and design led with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual taste and graphic design skills and notices the small things that make good design feel exceptional.
- A genuine passion for all things Creative and film.
- Confident user of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and composition.
- An exceptional eye for detail and consistency.
- A willingness to work within established brand guidelines while knowing when to bring fresh ideas.
- An interest in both digital and print design, with a basic understanding of artwork for print production.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects, motion design or Figma is a bonus, but not essential.
- Experience creating assets for social media.
- Photography, image research or art direction interests.
