Studio Lead
Creative & Social Agency | London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
£60,000+
We're working with a fast-growing, award-winning social and creative agency that's looking for an experienced Studio Lead to build and lead its newly formed creative team.
This is a great opportunity for a senior creative with a strong social background who knows what brilliant creative looks like and, importantly, how to get a team consistently producing it.
The Role
As Studio Lead, you'll take ownership of the agency's creative output, setting the creative standard across a varied client portfolio. You'll lead and develop the creative team, shape ideas from brief through to execution and build the processes and ways of working for the Studio.
This is a newly created role with genuine scope to build something from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the creative team and wider freelance network.
- Setting, maintaining and signing off creative standards across the agency.
- Shaping and refining ideas across social, campaigns and content.
- Leading brainstorms and creative sessions.
- Working closely with Strategy, Social and Account teams.
- Joining strategic meetings and contributing creative thinking.
- Supporting larger campaigns and new business pitches.
- Mentoring creatives through clear, constructive feedback.
- Building effective processes and ways of working within the Studio.
- Staying close to culture, trends and platform-native social creative.
- Getting hands-on with concepts, copy, scripts and creative direction when needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
