About Peachy Den

Peachy Den is an internationally recognised fashion brand with a strong creative identity and a rapidly growing global community. The brand operates two UK retail stores (East London and Soho) alongside a fast-scaling e-commerce and wholesale business.

London | 4/5 Days Per Week

We’re looking for a Creative Lead to work alongside our Founder & Creative Director, helping shape and execute the visual world of Peachy. This is a senior, hands-on creative role based in London. You’ll lead the visual execution of the brand across campaigns, social, e-commerce, retail and collaborations, setting a new standard for the brand with exceptional creative execution and cultural impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in fashion, creative, editorial or adjacent cultural industries.
  • Exceptional creative taste with a deep understanding of fashion, photography, design and visual culture.
  • Proven experience art directing fashion campaigns, editorials and digital content.
  • Strong photography skills with the ability to create premium imagery across campaign, social and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social-first storytelling.
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident leading creative projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Comfortable directing photographers, models, stylists, HMUA, freelancers and production teams.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce photography, mobile-first imagery and digital merchandising.
  • Able to balance creative ambition with commercial performance.

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of seasonal campaigns.
  • Plan and create content across social, retail and community channels.
  • Art direct and oversee all e-commerce photography.
  • Shape the visual planning and evolution of Peachy’s Instagram.
  • Lead image selects, retouching and post-production to ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
  • Deliver world-class creative execution across collaborations, partnerships and special projects.
  • Build and nurture Peachy’s network of photographers, filmmakers, stylists, creatives and emerging talent.
  • Continually push Peachy’s visual identity forward while maintaining a recognisable brand world.
