Role Description

As a creative lead working for a premium events agency, your role is to create the central creative idea for each client and take creative ownership, directing the teams.

Description

  • Develop and oversee creative strategies for digital campaigns.
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure creative concepts meet their objectives.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital media and creative design.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their work.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Present creative ideas and strategies to stakeholders with confidence.
