Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why This Role Matters

Creative is one of the biggest levers in paid growth.

Strong creative teams need to understand the customer, the product, the platform, and the performance data behind the work.

They need to know:

  • What should happen next

The Creative Lead is responsible for raising that standard across Aperture.

  • Use AI to improve research, ideation, analysis, and iteration.
  • Build clear hypotheses and structured creative experiments.
  • Review performance and turn results into the next round of ideas.
  • Raise the quality bar across UGC, video, static, and creator-led work.
  • Build simple systems for capturing learnings and improving creative over time.
  • Spot trends, behaviours, and cultural shifts early and judge when they are relevant.
  • Turn customer research, jobs to be done, and performance data into strong creative angles.
  • Work closely with Pod Leads and Growth teams to connect creative with wider performance.
