People Activation creates business and brand experiences that move people to action. The company designs and delivers all-employee events, leadership conferences, product launches, team building activities, and internal campaigns. Role Description
As a Creative Lead at People Activation, you will guide the creative vision for business and brand experiences, from initial concept through to delivery. You will collaborate with project teams to develop ideas for employee events, leadership conferences, product launches, and internal campaigns, ensuring creative concepts align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative strategies, shaping narratives and messaging, overseeing visual and written content, and providing clear direction to designers, writers, and other creative contributors.
You will present concepts to clients, gather feedback, and refine creative work, while maintaining high standards across all deliverables.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Manchester, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work from home.
Qualifications
- The ability to generate original concepts and translate ideas into compelling experiences.
- Communication and writing skills to craft clear narratives, presentations, and campaign messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and providing constructive feedback to improve output.
- Background in events, experiential marketing, internal communications, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Manchester, managing time and priorities across multiple projects.
- Comfort presenting ideas to stakeholders and facilitating collaborative workshops or brainstorms.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in design, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
