Salary: £60,000 per annum, 30% shift allowance, plus company benefits

Address: London

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday-Friday 16:00-00:00

Break: 30 mins

Work model: Fully onsite

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Creative Lead to help manage our on-demand Creative Services. Acting as the key link between the client and design team, the Creative Lead will guide creative thinking, generate strong ideas and translate client challenges into effective creative solutions.

The role reports directly to the Global Creative Operations Director and supports the Global Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality creative projects from brief to final output.
  • Support the development and implementation of creative strategy and production processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent service and delivery.
  • Provide creative direction and strategic advice on design, messaging and communication.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains brand integrity across channels.
  • Drive innovation by developing creative solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and resource allocation effectively.
  • Act as the escalation point for challenges, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor, coach and develop designers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
  • Champion creative excellence, best practices and continuous professional development across the team.

  • Strong expertise in creative direction, with the ability to guide stakeholders, champion service excellence, and ensure creative projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • A collaborative partner who works closely with clients and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into impactful creative solutions.
  • A dedicated brand guardian with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand tone of voice, guidelines, standards, and visual identity.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional quality, with a strong focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and the application of current design techniques, best practices, and industry trends.
