About Plannorium
The world has more software than ever, yet important work remains fragmented. Teams spend hours managing disconnected systems, noisy communication, and buried information instead of doing the work that matters.
At Plannorium, we believe technology should reduce complexity, not add to it. We build software designed to make demanding, regulated work simpler, more connected, and more intelligent.
Our product ecosystem includes:
- Healthcare Infrastructure: Led by our clinical platform, Curenium
- Workflow & Trust Infrastructure: Plannorium Sign, Plannorium Identity, and Aenex
Healthcare is where we are proving our approach, but our work extends to any industry where operations are complex. As we prepare for pilot rollouts and commercial expansion, we are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to shape our visual communication, demonstrate our software through clear motion design, and build a brand identity centered on clarity.
The Role
We are looking for a visual designer and motion specialist who can translate complex software features into clear, engaging visual content.
You will guide the visual direction for Plannorium as a parent company while creating assets across our product portfolio—focusing first on Curenium, alongside emerging products like Sign, Identity, and Aenex.
This is a practical, production-focused role. You will work directly within our software environments, understand how workflows function, and create clean product walkthroughs, interface animations, and digital content that clearly explain the value of what we build.
You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, working closely with the founder and the product engineering team. Until the CMO joins, you will report directly to the founder.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
