Most in-house creative roles ask you to maintain something someone else built. This one asks you to build it.

This is a brand-new senior seat at a premium beauty brand, created deliberately at the point where its creative function needs to exist. The business grew turnover close to 50% year-on-year, selling into 82 countries with a US arm that's now its second-largest market.

They’re looking for someone to step in to lead the full creative vision, establish and help define the creative process and grow the creative team.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of brand and marketing channel output - paid social, organic social, influencer edits, campaign assets - and build the creative function from the ground up. That means defining process and workflows that will hold as the team scales to seven or eight people, and it means staying on shoots: art directing hands-on, not managing from a desk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
