Role summary
AlumierMD is hiring a Creative Lead, Brand & Design to own and elevate the creative output of a fast-growing, medical-grade skincare brand operating B2B2C across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, and the USA. This isn't an execution-only, brief-taking role; we want someone who brings ideas to the table before they're asked for, who can take complex clinical and scientific evidence and make people care about it without losing credibility, and who's comfortable being part of early strategic conversations that shape how a launch gets told, not just how it gets designed. You'll lead a team of two designers, report into the Global Director of Marketing & Creative, and be the quality bar and creative conscience for everything that carries the AlumierMD name.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively originate creative ideas, formats, and campaign concepts ahead of the brief; new ways to communicate, not just execution of what's asked.
- Translate complex clinical evidence, science, and product technology into compelling, premium brand storytelling that keeps its scientific credibility.
- Sit in early-stage strategic and go-to-market planning conversations, helping shape direction and then turning it into a tactical creative plan for the wider organization.
- Lead, brief, and manage a team of two designers, setting priorities and reviewing output to a consistently high standard.
- Own creative execution across campaigns, NPD launches, clinic and consumer-facing assets, digital, social, and print.
- Continuously improve how the creative function operates, briefing process, modular design systems, templates, asset management, and production efficiency.
- Actively explore how AI tools can support ideation, visualization, content creation, versioning, and production, balanced with strong human creative and brand judgment.
- Support creative output across UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, and USA, working with regional marketing managers to adapt creative for local markets.
- Partner with external agencies, photographers, and freelancers where the in-house team needs extra capacity.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across every market and touchpoint.
- Present creative concepts and strategic thinking to senior stakeholders with confidence and a clear rationale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
