Do you have a strong creative eye and a proven track record of bringing premium beauty or lifestyle brands to life?
Are you equally comfortable shaping creative direction and managing the detail required to deliver campaigns, launches and brand assets to an exceptional standard?
Ready to take ownership of the creative output of an established, founder-led prestige skincare business?
MacGregor Black is partnering with an established, founder-led prestige skincare brand on the search for a Creative Lead. This is a newly defined Permanent position based in London, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with the senior marketing team.
This is a high-ownership creative role for someone who wants to be responsible for the creative direction and output of a premium brand, rather than being one voice within a large in-house function. You will own creative decision-making across campaigns, launches and brand assets, acting as the brand guardian across visual identity and tone.
Working within a close-knit team, you'll manage creative projects from brief through to delivery, working with photographers, agencies and freelance talent while ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and consistently reflects the brand's premium positioning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
