Some creative leads live in decks. You’ll probably be holding a camera.
You’ll be responsible for the creative, but you won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll come up with the ideas, make the content, get involved in the ads and keep pushing when you find something that works.
If the last few years have slowly promoted you away from the camera and the timeline, and you miss it, this is the way back.
This is a full-time, London-based hybrid role.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
- Real creative ownership. You set the direction. Nobody rewrites your hooks.
- You build the team. Hire your own editors and videographers as output grows.
- You're the face. Your ideas, your voice, in front of an audience already paying attention.
- Permission to miss. Make a lot, learn fast, find the few that work.
- More than one channel. Meta, short-form, YouTube, creators, affiliates.
- Visible impact. Small business, creative is the growth lever, you'll see it in the revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
