About BlocOut

BlocOut is an award-winning sleep brand on a mission to help people sleep better through innovative products and powerful storytelling. As we continue to scale across the UK, Europe and the US, we're looking for a highly strategic Creative Lead to own the creative direction behind our performance marketing.

This is not a content creator or graphic design role.

We're looking for someone who can analyse performance data, identify what is driving conversions, and turn those insights into winning creative strategies across Meta Ads, email campaigns and organic content.

You'll sit above production, directing both our in-house Multimedia Designer and external agencies to ensure every creative asset has a clear purpose and commercial impact.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for deciding what creative gets made, why it gets made, and who it is designed to convert.

This is a senior, high-autonomy position where you'll have the freedom and responsibility to lead creative strategy with minimal oversight. Your decisions will directly influence customer acquisition, campaign performance and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Performance Creative Strategy

  • Lead creative strategy across Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop winning concepts, hooks, personas and messaging approaches.
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into future creative direction.
  • Plan campaign creative ahead of major sales events and seasonal trading periods.
  • Ensure creative decisions are driven by evidence, not assumptions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
