The Role
We are looking for a visionary Creative Lead with a strong background in art direction to guide the work for a global FMCG powerhouse—one of our network’s most cherished legacy cornerstone accounts.
In this role, you will set the creative vision across a diverse portfolio of household-name consumer brands, driving high-velocity global and regional campaigns that seamlessly blend bold ideas with cultural relevance and meaningful real-world impact. Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Vision & Craft: Set and articulate a compelling creative vision across all touchpoints (film, digital, social, experiential, CRM, retail). Establish an unyielding bar for visual craft, design, and detail, leveraging your strong art direction background.
- Shape the Narrative & Platform: Guide platform-level thinking. Ensure ideas are culturally resonant, insight-led, and strategically grounded. Honor the brand’s rich heritage while modernising its expression across global markets with local nuance.
- Partner for Impact & C-Suite Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, presenting work with clarity and conviction. Translate business goals into inspiring creative briefs and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive 360 & Social-First Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end creative for integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Partner closely with strategy, data/analytics, media, and production to champion performance storytelling, dynamic creative optimization, and test-and-learn approaches.
- Production Excellence: Guide work across the full production lifecycle, from pre-pro through to casting, music, edit, post-production, and final delivery—protecting the creative idea at every stage.
- Empower the Team & Streamline Rituals: Mentor, coach, and grow multi-disciplinary creative talent. Foster a curious, accountable culture while establishing clear briefing, review, and decision-making rituals that streamline collaboration with account and production teams in a high-velocity environment.

About You
- Proven Creative Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading, inspiring, and managing global or multi-market creative teams.
- Strong Art Direction Foundation: Exceptional eye for visual excellence, craft, and obsessive attention to detail from concept to finished execution.
- Social-First & High-Velocity Mastery: Deep comfort with social-first approaches, dynamic platforms, and making fast, smart creative decisions in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Integrated 360 Portfolio: A track record of platform-level campaigns that moved culture and delivered business results across film/content, digital, social, influencer, experiential, CRM/web, and retail/e-commerce.
- Production Expertise: Comprehensive experience navigating complex productions (casting, editing, post-production) and protecting creative integrity.
- Strategic & C-Suite Communication: Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills, comfortable leading high-stakes client conversations with senior executives.
- Culture Builder: Courageous, collaborative, and adaptable—willing to challenge conventions and defend great work while championing emerging talent.
