We're looking for a Creative Lead to help shape the next chapter of our brand. This is a role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with outstanding creative execution, building compelling narratives, leading breakthrough campaigns, and developing work that keeps Gymshark culturally relevant, distinctive, and impossible to ignore.
Working closely with the Head of Creative and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in defining how our brand comes to life across channels, campaigns, content, and community touchpoints. You'll set creative direction, raise standards, inspire teams, and ensure every piece of work contributes to a consistent and compelling brand experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Developing bold, culturally relevant creative ideas that strengthen Gymshark's brand and connect with our audience.
- Leading creative projects from concept through to execution across campaigns, content, and key brand moments.
- Building compelling narratives and storytelling frameworks that create consistency across channels and platforms.
- Ensuring ideas are designed with a social-first mindset while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
- Setting and maintaining high standards for creative quality, craft, and execution.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing creative talent, creating an environment where great ideas thrive.
- Collaborating closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, Social, and Production teams to deliver impactful work at pace.
- Presenting and championing creative thinking with confidence, influencing stakeholders across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Significant experience leading creative projects, campaigns, or brand initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and creative leadership.
- Outstanding art direction and creative judgement, with a relentless focus on quality.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, content behaviors, and modern brand building.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to turn insight into relevant, impactful creative work.
- Experience leading and developing creative teams, setting clear standards, and elevating those around you.
- The ability to balance long-term brand thinking with the pace and demands of day-to-day delivery.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Location
Based at GSHQ, Solihull, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. London-based candidates will also be considered, with regular travel to the Solihull offices.
