Your Role

You will own how Goodwall programs are designed and how they look: the structure, the format, the visual language and the creative bar. Today our program managers design programs alongside delivering them. You will be driving that piece, so programs complete better, perform better and feel like one Goodwall experience.

This is a hands-on role across the spectrum of programs. You will concept and pitch ideas, then roll up your sleeves to structure content, set art direction and brief the people who build and distribute it.

What you will do

  • Design programs that people finish

    • Lead program design from concept in pre-sales, through co-design with partners, to optimisation while programs run.
    • Bring research and best practice into every program: learning design, gamification, content structure by domain.
    • Lift completion rates and fix our weakest-performing programs, using results to decide what changes.
  • Set the creative direction

    • Own the visual aesthetic, content formats, motion style and creative tools (including AI) across programs.
    • Brief and direct designers and the content team, and hold the bar on craft before anything goes to a partner or goes live.
    • Be the final quality check: is this good enough to carry the Goodwall name?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Make it one Goodwall experience

    • Think across programs, not one at a time, so young people get a consistent experience wherever they join.
    • Work with Product to close gaps in the program journey, such as onboarding and signposting learners from one program to the next.
  • Bring ideas into the room

    • Concept new program and convening formats, and present them live to partners with confidence.
    • Support creative direction on new-business pitches and proposals.
    • Own the creative quality of marketing assets: paid social (Meta, TikTok), events and social content.

What we offer

  • A Mission Driven company that you can be proud to be a part of.
  • Unrivalled Exposure to leading Fortune 500 companies, governments, and other international organisations, including in person at events at the likes of UNGA or Davos.

  • A fast-moving environment working with an international team, where change is constant and creativity is celebrated.
  • Competitive compensation, equity options, a flexible work environment with a high-energy, capable global team with offices in Cape Town, London, and Geneva.

What You Bring

  • A portfolio that shows both sides of the job: programs, experiences or campaigns you designed, and the craft behind how they looked.
  • Hands-on experience in program, learning, experience or service design, or in art direction for youth-facing brands.
  • Proof you can run several creative workstreams at once and keep them consistent at volume.
  • Real fluency in Gen Z culture: how young people learn, what they share and what makes them switch off.
  • Confidence presenting ideas live to senior partner stakeholders, and the judgment to defend a quality call under commercial pressure.
  • Skill briefing and directing designers, plus working knowledge of modern design, motion and AI creative tools.
  • Comfort with data: you use completion and engagement results to improve what you designed.

Nice to have

  • A background at an experiential, brand-partnership or purpose-led creative agency, or a youth-culture consultancy.
  • Experience designing edtech, skilling or social-impact programs.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, especially in Africa, Asia or Latin America.
  • Gamification or community design experience on a digital platform.
