Role: Creative Lead

We are seeking a Creative Lead to join our Marketing team, taking ownership of creative for our growing prop trading business and strengthening its brand identity across channels. This is a hands-on creative role, responsible for translating business objectives into compelling concepts and high-quality visual and multimedia content that engages traders and supports our wider marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Execution

  • Take a hands-on role in developing and executing creative concepts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Own the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency across channels.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and support to designers and other creative team members.
  • Use performance data, testing, and emerging creative trends to continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness.

Digital, Video & Performance Creative

  • Develop digital-first creative for paid acquisition and performance campaigns, focused on driving engagement and conversion.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content across trading education, market insights, product, brand, and trader-focused campaigns.
  • Create and oversee video-led content including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, and talking-head formats.
  • Adapt and localise creative across regions and languages while maintaining brand consistency.

AI & Creative Production

  • Use AI creative tools across ideation, design, image generation, video production, and content development.
  • Use AI and automation to improve production efficiency and scale creative output without compromising quality.
  • Support AI-enabled creative workflows, including agents, integrations, and automations where relevant.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, CRM, Affiliates, and wider Marketing teams to deliver creative against campaign and business requirements.
  • Manage multiple creative briefs and priorities within a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control across all creative deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in creative roles, with experience leading creative projects and providing direction to other creatives.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and creative strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent industry-standard creative tools.
  • Experience developing digital-first creative across paid media, social, web, and video.
  • Experience using AI creative tools within professional workflows.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, storytelling, and a broad range of digital work.

Preferred

  • Experience within trading, prop trading, fintech, gaming, betting, or another high-growth digital consumer industry.
  • Experience developing or configuring AI-enabled creative workflows, including agents, integrations, or automations.
