ABOUT 2112

We’re building a new capability within our agency group. Our vision is to become the most progressive agency partner in financial services marketing. We’re an ambitious, international 360° agency built purely for the world of financial services, with offices in London, New York and Asia. Our tight-knit team spans strategy, creative and content production, working in a flat structure where everyone rolls up their sleeves - and yes, we’re pretty social too.

Our clients range from the world’s largest global asset managers and investment banks to national and regional wealth managers and financial advice brands.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you see what others don’t? Can you imagine further? Can you lead the next generation of creative ideas for the financial sector?

If you’re a campaign creative with a track record of compelling communications for financial brands, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

From big campaign ideas and concepts that help our clients build belief and tell new stories, to brand thinking and executions for events and content — we need someone who can bring their art and creativity to help us, and our clients, grow. You won’t just contribute to the work — you’ll own the visual and creative expression of our clients and our agency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
